Up to 1998, finding that instant noodle market was very large and potential, the management board did decide to separate company from Thien Minh Company to do it own business activities independently and did change its name to Thai Minh food processing joint stock company. And the workplace was moved from Truong Dinh to Phu Dien industrial area in Tu Liem, Ha Noi.
